With a career in learning, cultural change and technology adoption spanning more than 30 years, Geraldine is recognised for helping companies across the Channel Islands and beyond, build the confidence, capability and leadership mindset needed to embrace new ways of working.
Geraldine’s people-first approach to digital transformation was one of the foundations of Prosperity 24/7, which she co-founded with Chris Clark, and continues to shape the company’s culture of continuous learning, innovation and client impact. As COO, she supports sustainable business growth, operational excellence, governance and strategy while championing inclusive access to technology and lifelong learning.
In 2025, Geraldine was named the UK winner of the Microsoft Power Women Award, selected from hundreds of nominations across Microsoft partner organisations in EMEA in recognition of her commitment to lifelong learning, female talent in technology and responsible adoption of AI. She also won the Digital Jersey Leadership Award for her role in driving the adoption of technology for the benefit of clients and Jersey’s wider digital economy. Her leadership in Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption has included public “Art of the Possible” sessions across the UK and Channel Islands, readiness programmes for clients, and practical support for organisations using AI to improve productivity and empower their people.
Geraldine is passionate about developing future talent and creating fairer pathways into technology. As Chair of the IoD Jersey Future Leaders Student Committee, she supports the scheme that connects students with directors and helps young people gain insight, confidence and practical experience in leadership. She has also supported students through Highlands College placements, STEM initiatives and mentoring programmes, and was instrumental in Prosperity 24/7 publishing the first Gender Pay Gap report for Jersey’s technology sector. Her work combines digital transformation, change management and inclusive leadership to help people and organisations use technology with confidence and purpose.
