Skye joined Prosperity 24/7 early 2023, as a Senior Consultant in the Strategy & Change team having worked in the Project Management industry for the last 7 years.
Skye is a hard-working and pragmatic change manager with a natural affinity for governance, process improvement and building positive stakeholder relationships. Many of the projects she has been involved in include multiple workstreams with resources and suppliers from a variety of countries. As a result she has developed adaptable skills and has built strong global relationships.
Skye’s experience in Project Management is diverse, working as a consultant across the Financial Services, Professional Services, Technology, Utility, Charity and Government sectors. This has provided opportunities to work on technical projects, as well as those delivering strategic change- providing excellent customer service, fostering cohesion, organisation and applying due diligence at the highest levels.
Remaining mindful of business objectives, Skye ensures that quality, timelines, and budgets are controlled throughout project lifecycles.
Skye also has significant experience with remediation projects and her more recent engagements have focused on aligning daily project activity with corporate strategy, working closely with Executive leaders and C-Suite.
Skye has specific qualifications in PRINCE2, Agile/SCRUM and Business Analysis which allow her to adapt her project management style to apply best practice methodologies to real world change initiatives for our clients.
