Allan joined us in June 2021 with a diverse background that has led to a well-developed and broad set of consulting skills. He has experience working in an Agile environment and he can effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders. As well as a mature interpersonal nature, he possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Previous responsibilities have included supporting the Government of Jersey’s COVID response where Allan demonstrated tenacity and a pragmatic approach to resolving critical and time dependent issues, providing a safer environment for the public.
As a qualified commercial training captain in the aviation industry, Allan has extensive experience working in highly regulated and safety critical environments. This has led to the development of a broad and transferrable skill set, with a high degree of focus on risk and issue management whilst maintaining a calm and logical thought process.
