Microsoft CSP
Prosperity 24/7 – The Channel Islands Microsoft CSP
What is a CSP and what does it do?
CSP stands for Cloud Solution Provider and the CSP programme enables partners, like Prosperity 24/7, to provide Microsoft’s cloud services to its customers, from Microsoft 365, Azure and Dynamics 365. However, it is more than just a licensing programme. The CSP model is designed for Prosperity 24/7 to add value to our customers’ cloud experience via support, billing flexibility, advice and to work with our clients throughout the entire service lifecycle. With this programme, our clients effectively enter a pay as you go consumption arrangement with Prosperity 24/7, rather than directly with Microsoft. You aren’t pinned to one CSP provider, you can have as many as you like, and easily move from one to another, which Prosperity 24/7 can assist with.
Flexibility
The biggest benefit to our CSP clients is the flexibility to only pay for what you want to consume. Only have 30 users, pay for 30 users, want to add 10 more, simply pay for 40 users, but want to reduce to 20, you only pay for 20. With CSP there is no minimum seat requirement and no length of time you must commit to, giving you complete freedom in how long you stay and how much you use.
Costs and savings
There is no upfront billing within the CSP programme, you receive a single invoice at the end of every month from Prosperity 24/7 covering the consumption of licenses and Azure usage during that month. Prosperity 24/7 will regularly review your license estate to recommend cost saving strategies and propose suitable replacement licenses if required (to add further functionality to your solutions). And as a bonus, you no longer need to use a credit card to pay for your Microsoft Licenses or Azure usage, its simply invoiced through Prosperity 24/7
Learning & Engagement
As part of the CSP journey, we work with our clients to ensure they understand what they have within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and how to use it to the best of their abilities to get the most value from it.
Single point of contact
As a CSP provider, we would look to be the first point of contact for your support calls in relation to the service. We would triage the initial issues, and pass onto our partner support teams, including Microsoft, if required. We are the main point of contact for all subscriptions, billing and technical support.
Migration
It’s not just about providing licenses and usage, but also about the journey you take to migrate from your current platform to the cloud. Prosperity 24/7 provides the Professional Services to ensure a worry-free migration from your current environment (be that on-prem or with another cloud provider) to the Microsoft ecosystem.
Access to local experts
Prosperity 24/7 has an entire team trained and certified across the whole gamut of Microsoft 365, Azure and Dynamics 365 solution portfolio – you get access to these local experts today. They can assist with pre-sales engagements, requirements gathering, design, deploy and ongoing support.
