Rose is an experienced Training Consultant having worked in learning and development for over 20 years. During this time she has worked in the retail, legal and financial sectors.
In the mid 1990′s, she became TDLB (Training and Development Lead Body) qualified and has continued to attend courses and gain qualifications in numerous IT and soft skills areas.
Rose has held a range of training roles during her career, including IT Training Manager for a large retail firm based across the Channel Islands, Head of Training in a multi-jurisdictional law and financial services firm and a Training Consultant for a local human resources company.
Rose specialises in delivering Microsoft Office 365 applications training programmes and a variety of soft skills programmes including; Presentation Skills, Train the Trainer, Customer Service, Time Management and Telephone Skills.
