As a Learning manager, Rose helps Prosperity 24/7 to achieve it’s goals by providing learning opportunities and resources to it’s employees to continually enhance and expand their great minds. She works closely with each business pillar and it’s leaders to understand their learning objectives and challenges, and either designs or sources customised learning solutions that align with their strategic vision.
Rose is a seasoned Learning Manager, having worked in the field for many years. During that time, she has held several senior L&E roles including, Head of Training for a law and financial services firm with multiple jurisdictions, IT Training Manager for a large retail company in the Channel Islands and Training Consultant for a local HR company.
