Michelle joined Prosperity 24/7 in February 2021 as a Consultant in the Strategy and Change team having spent the last 5 years in London working on standards, research, innovation and sustainability projects.
Michelle has experience in managing projects through the full project lifecycle, process mapping and project governance, and is experienced in working with a variety of different stakeholders. Her experience includes establishing an organisation wide PMO.
Michelle is passionate about effective change management and has experience, as well as a natural interest, in process improvement and project governance. Her understanding of the importance of effective project governance paired with her practical experience in management and problem solving makes her a conscientious, critical thinking Project Manager.
