Alex has 16 years’ experience in strategy and change and a history of delivering successful projects in IT, primary healthcare, financial services and retail supply chain environments. She has also set-up and operated a new Programme Management Office and led the development of oorporate strategy and business-unit strategic plans. This experience, coupled with the knowledge gained in senior operational roles in Jersey and the UK, has allowed her to develop a comprehensive skill set.
Alex thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to grasp complex situations quickly. She pays close attention to the detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. In all situations she aims to build strong relationships with stakeholders, enable open communication and foster a shared sense of purpose.
Alex holds relevant qualifications in Prince 2 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has completed the ITIL Foundations v.4. and Axelos P30 Foundation courses.
