Sales and Service Optimisation is the review, design and delivery of bespoke solutions to sales and service divisions. The objectives are fourfold: increase successful closure by BD teams by enabling them to pursue and qualify the right opportunities, increase volume and quality of prospects in a business development environment; lower wasted effort through service efficiency and increased consistency and thus quality in a service environment; improving customer loyalty.

This will directly improve the bottom line for the Business Development teams, thus increasing revenue opportunities in both net new business and from existing clients.

The overview of this procedure is to:

  • Review current performance metrics and analyse the reporting generated, its complexity and physical overhead on manpower resource
  • Review current processes, infrastructure and environments
  • Recommend and implement suitable technology (if required) to drive consistency in process yet enhanced closure rates
