Adam joined Prosperity 24/7 in September 2022 and has change management experience in several sectors, including telecoms, intellectual property, trust and corporate services and government. Adam has previously worked on several demanding engagements, including supporting the acquisition of a European bank, a large-scale GDPR enhancement project for a major global bank and providing operational improvement to Jersey’s rollout of fibre to the home. Adam also has experience of supporting software development projects, which have called upon his knowledge of the “agile” implementation approach.
Certified to a high level including PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile, APMG Change Management Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma, Adam can apply best practice methodologies to real world problems and opportunities for our clients.
