Alexis is people focused and an experienced project and programme manager with an ability to use effective communication skills to intuitively build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Alexis is results orientated with experience in working in multiple industries delivering a variety of projects ranging from small scale process improvement projects to large scale strategy and remediation projects. She has had significant exposure to working in highly pressured environments and in leading specialist teams.
In addition to the above Alexis uses her background in Human Resources to specialise in Change Management projects including strategy development and the remediation of Human Resources projects which have gone off track. Alexis uses her experience in conflict management to facilitate difficult meetings between C-Suite and other staff. She has excellent business analysis skills and the ability to influence and manage sensitive situations.
With a meticulous attention to detail and a friendly, professional manner, Alexis is a PRINCE2® certified Project Manager as well as a qualified AMPG Change Management Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
