We recognise that the hardest element of business in the Channel Island’s is constrained, quality resources, therefore through proven experience and a track record of delivery we have identified a range of partners who can greatly extend our services remit without us needing to lose focus on our core practice areas.
How do we work with our Partners? We understand a client’s objectives, translate their needs to the relevant supplier’s services, and thus avoid lengthy, expensive pre-sales engagements (for both parties) where sometimes a solution simply will not fit. The lack of understanding on both sides can often hinder success and damage reputations. It is our role to understand the current services on offer in the technology market both locally and internationally and in turn translate these offerings, in plain English, to a business audience. We want to help businesses both new and established get their message across to our Enterprise level clients, through understanding their offering and translating this to the local business community’s needs. Should the client needs be of a certain scale, we can also create ‘best of breed’ consortium offerings to ensure that the client only needs to engage with a single supplier even though five or more businesses may need to collaborate to deliver an end to end solution.
From a regulatory perspective, we work closely with Regulation of Undertakings to ensure that all Partners operate within the Island of Jersey or Guernsey legally.
