Presentation Skills – Monday 19th May.
This session is designed to guide delegates through a selection of the key elements required to be able to design and deliver an effective presentation. These include defining the purpose of the presentation, research and patterns, knowing your audience, strong openings and closing, verbal and non – verbal communication. Hosted by Rose Gray.
Data Analytics – Tuesday 20th May.
In this presentation we’ll talk about the basics of where data comes from and why we need it. We’ll go on to discuss how to look after data and understand its limitations. Finally, we’ll discuss what to do with the data you have – for example; Sampling, trend analysis, predicting & forecasting, fuzzy logic & data mining. Intrigued? Don’t worry, all will be explained! Project Management – Wednesday 21st May.
This session is delivered by some of our Project experts but outlining pragmatically, ‘Real-world’ Project Management & Avoiding Project Pain. We will be elaborating upon Why? What? How?
