Prosperity 24.7 are incredibly proud to announce the formal promotion of two key team members to the Management Board, Lee Pirouet and Julian Slater join Jake Foster as part of the wider management structure at Prosperity 24.7.
Chris Clark and Geraldine Evans also see changes to their titles to align with the Organisations International client base, Chris is changing from Managing Director to Chief Executive Officer and Geraldine is now Chief Learning Officer (formerly Director).
Outlining the changes Chris Clark elaborates “I am incredibly happy that today we can share the great news of our latest enhancement to the management structure at Prosperity 24.7. We identified as part of our annual Strategy day that with twenty four (24) people in the team today and with significant growth planned, we need to ensure that our internal Governance and structure reflects an Organisation built for growth rather than one that has seen us through our initial three years as a start-up business. The additional structure and breadth this change introduces will enable me personally to focus more on our International growth opportunities in the Public Sector yet enable better internal communication out to the teams within the business. No company needs a bottleneck to agility therefore this change enables greater Organisational visibility with enhanced control as well.”
Regarding the promotions Chris continued “Jake, Lee and Julian have always been key team members, Jake has always been on the perimeter of the management team as Chief Technology Officer however we wanted to reward Lee and Julian as well, their incredibly positive attitude and impact has not gone unnoticed in the business. This recognition is a sincere token of appreciation for everything that they have achieved to date and will enable them control and autonomy over their future within the Organisation”.
“Lee Pirouet has been promoted to ‘Head of Professional Services’ reporting directly to Jake Foster and the board, Julian Slater has been promoted to ‘Head of Data and Analytics’ reporting to Simon Jackson, Technical Director and the board. Both teams have seen incredible growth over the last 18 months and it is only right that we provide dedicated focus to these growth areas that support the wider aspirations of our growing Organisation”.
Regarding the promotion Lee added “I have been with Prosperity for two and a half years and have seen us grow from a team of six when I joined to a team of twenty four achieving high double digit turnover % growth year on year, I love the team that we have built and see myself as a Prosperity 24.7 champion so this recognition, although unexpected, is really great and appreciated”. Julian said “I know I have shared my personal goals and aspirations with the board but it goes to show that the Executives really do listen and have incorporated my personal targets with those of the wider Organisation, what more could you ask for in a company – Autonomy, resources and growth aspirations – superb!”
Regarding her change of title, Geraldine Evans outlined the ‘C’ level name change. “Much of our focus is split between serving the local Industry across the Channel Islands but also to explore areas of significant growth. Our eLearning solutions have been adopted by some International businesses across all their jurisdictions, in many cases we are talking about delivering a cohesive learning strategy for upwards of twelve (12) International jurisdictions for ‘Centres of Excellence’ or for pure online solutions, we deliver training materials for a Global audience. This level of export opportunity and exposure means that our titles need to transcend the local market and be wholly understood in International markets”.
