It’s official! Training Consultant is an Expert!

Prosperity 24.7, the Channel Island’s fastest growing business and technology consultancy is pleased to welcome back our Senior Training Consultant Rose Gray from her recent exam marathon which see’s her achieve recognition as an Expert in Microsoft Office.

Rose, who has delivered rich product based or soft skills training for fifteen years, sailed through the latest five Microsoft User Specialist exams in the UK, including the expert-level MOS Word 2013 exam. This was an intense experience even for someone of Rose’s know-how and proven capability.

The courses are designed for training practitioners to get the most out of the powerful, industry-standard suite of applications and the exams provide a thorough testing of that knowledge to ensure that we have relevant and up to date skills in the team. In total Rose gained the following certifications:

  • Microsoft Office Specialist: Word 2013 (Expert)
  • Microsoft Office Specialist: Word 2013
  • Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel 2013
  • Microsoft Office Specialist: PowerPoint 2013
  • Microsoft Office Specialist: Outlook 2013

Rose had to travel to Chester to attend these specialist courses, designed to demonstrate in-depth mastery of the Microsoft Office applications. “It was a great experience, but really hard work” said Rose. “I wanted to push myself which is why I took them all together. I’m now looking forward to passing my new expertise back to our clients!”

CEO Chris Clark and Chief Learning Office Geraldine Evans were both delighted at Rose’s achievements. “As a key part of our Training team, Rose is a specialist in application training but to successfully complete five high level exams in just five days is fantastic and a testament to Rose’s abilities, existing product know-how and hard work – well done Rose.”

Prosperity 24.7 is well known for the support and development opportunities we provide to our team, with everyone encouraged to grow and progress in their specialist areas. So far this year everyone has attended at least three training courses, and half the team have gained relevant, professional certification success, with many more of the team currently studying for upcoming exams to maintain their knowledge on the latest advances in technology.

“It’s all about nurturing the talent our people have” said Chris Clark. “The more skills, knowledge and abilities our experts have, the more we can help and support our clients. It’s also essential for our clients to see our investment in certification because it gives them the confidence that we never rest on our laurels”.
