Prosperity 24.7 have developed a product for the Financial Services market that enables Governance, Risk and Control for financial  transparency enabling the Board of Directors or Senior Managers to be able to rapidly assess the Financial position of an entity, Company or Group of Companies enabling a consolidated set of reporting and analytics to ensure profitability and transparency.

We have seen the solution deployed initially to an International Financial business with its Head Office in Guernsey and Group Companies distributed across Europe. The solution sits directly on top of their line of business application which records all time and billing activities whilst enabling consolidated reporting across the Group.

The solution is also being considered to assist with an upcoming exit for a multi-jurisdictional International business as it does not impact the operational teams yet provides concise P&L and activity reporting to the potential acquiring party this enable ‘point in time’ reporting for all parties involved in the transaction to demonstrate that the business is genuinely transactional and at the value perceived by the shareholders and the inbound Private Equity team.
