Prosperity 24.7 entered the Dragon Boat race for the fourth consecutive time on Saturday 19th September. Although they could not repeat their ‘oarsome’ winning performance from back in 2013 they won each of their three races on the day. Unfortunately the team didn’t make the final due to other teams being quicker in their respective heats. Coming 14th out of 45 teams was still deemed respectable.
It was a great day out for all of the Prosperity 24.7 employees, their friends and family members. They all wore their Pirate outfits with pride and really got into the spirit of this fun event. The organisers did well in picking a glorious sunny day – helping to quickly dry those soaked by some wayward oar strokes!
Prosperity 24.7 were delighted to support this good cause by donating a Microsoft Windows Smartphone & Microsoft Band (fitness tracker) for the raffle, in addition to the ‘Pirates’ raising sponsorship in the run up to the race.
