Prosperity 24/7 celebrates International Women’s Day with three new appointments

Prosperity 24/7 is delighted to be celebrating International Women’s Day with three new appointments.

Following the birth of her baby daughter, Katie Falle has re-joined the Prosperity team as Senior Consultant – Strategy and Change and will also be taking on the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Katie is an experienced statistician and data manager who has worked in both the private and public sectors in the Channel Islands.

In addition, she is a qualified Data Protection Practitioner who has an in-depth knowledge of the local and European regulatory framework.

In her new role Katie will be providing DPO as a service to clients, providing strategic direction for the “Data Governance” team, supporting business development activities and the growth of the team. She will also be providing Business Analyst support on client engagements.

When she’s not working, Katie is a big fan of the outdoors and loves to get out on her kayak. She is also a big fan of hiking and Yin Yoga and loves taking her children on adventures, the muddier and wilder the better!

Alexis Halliday-Santos, a people-focused and experienced project and programme manager has been appointed Senior Consultant – Strategy and Change.

Alexis, who previously worked as Senior Manager – Transformation and Change for BDO Greenlight applies a background in Human Resources to specialise in Change Management projects including strategy development.

Alexis is a mum of two and when she’s not chauffeuring them around, she likes to spend time walking their 18-month-old Cockerpoo, Romeo and getting her headphones on and escaping for a jog. At weekends, she tries to get out on the cliffpaths on the north coast to clear her head and appreciate the scenery. She also loves travelling and is counting down the days until her family can get on a plane again to explore sunnier climes!

Michelle Holley joins the Prosperity team as Consultant – Strategy and Change having just returned to Jersey. She was previously Senior Project Manager at the Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB) where she led a workstream to improve the internal project governance reporting framework.

Outside of work, Michelle has caught the bug for diving. She’s recently completed the PADI Open Water Diver qualification and has just bought herself a kayak so that she can get out on the water and explore the coast of Jersey this Summer.

Commenting on the new appointments, Geraldine Evans, Chief Learning Officer – Learning and Engagement said, “We’re delighted to welcome Alexis and Michelle to the Prosperity team and Katie who is returning to a new role. These appointments are supporting our Diversity and Inclusion strategy and our aim for a more gender balanced workforce.

“International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women and I look forward to celebrating the achievements that these ladies will no doubt achieve at Prosperity.”
