Prosperity 24/7 has made six promotions, spanning our Operations, Technical Solutions and Strategy & Change teams, as we continue to see sustainable growth with clients making significant investment in digital transformation and enablement.
Geraldine Evans, a co-founder of Prosperity is stepping up to fill the role of Chief Operating Officer, having developed our Learning and Engagement team as well as many operational capabilities over eleven years. This new role will have responsibility for our L&E team, HR team and general Operations.
Nick Jones, a skilled practitioner in business analysis, change and people management, has been promoted to Head of Strategic Delivery, Financial Services. Nick joined us in June 2014 with extensive experience implementing change initiatives in leading global e-commerce businesses and has since worked in large financial organisations and the public sector. This newly created role helps Prosperity to align colleague career progression to the needs of our financial services clients. This development ensures that we can focus resources on a key pillar of the economy, both locally and internationally, while enabling considerable head count growth, to support global change initiatives across Financial Services.
James Molloy, an experienced programme and project manager has been promoted to Head of Programme Delivery within our Strategy & Change team. His experience in technology coupled with his ability to translate technical language to stakeholders enables him to be an important asset to diverse types of programmes or projects. He joined Prosperity in 2016 and has delivered several complex programmes for clients spanning critical National Infrastructure, as well as Public Sector and Membership Organisations. These programmes have in turn encompassed complex physical infrastructure re-platforming, wholesale software application change and complex financial, data migration.
Alexis Halliday-Santos, Senior Consultant – Strategy & Change has been made a Team Manager. Alexis joined the business in 2021 and is an experienced results orientated project and programme manager with an ability to use effective communication skills to intuitively build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Alexis is result orientated, with experience across multiple industries delivering a variety of projects ranging from small scale process improvement projects to large scale strategy and data remediation projects. She has had significant exposure, leading specialist teams.
Kate Le Brun who also joined in 2021 has been promoted to Senior Consultant in the Strategy & Change team. A diligent and enthusiastic project manager who is able to manage projects through the full lifecycle, Kate specialises in project delivery for business change, software applications and IT infrastructure. She is presently leading major projects within a globally known Financial Services business.
George Carter has also been promoted to Senior Consultant – Technical Solutions and will be acting up as Team Manager for the next six months as part of his continued progression. George joined Prosperity in 2017 and is a client centric technical specialist with exemplary technical and business knowledge. George has successfully supported major data centre solutions, spanning the Windows solution stack (Azure and Microsoft 365 migrations, deployment and support) as well as projects leveraging VMware and Citrix. George personifies the Prosperity spirit and is active across all areas of the business through his support of the Social Committee.
CEO, Chris Clark, said of the appointments, “We started the year with an aspiration to accelerate our head count significantly throughout 2022, while promoting from within. Six new joiners have already committed to join Prosperity with more in dialogue and we have made a major commitment at the waterfront, where work has commenced on our flagship offices to support our growth. Logically, we need to create greater structural space across the organisation, which supports this growth and continued progression for our great minds.
We are confident that the economy will continue its current positive trajectory, accelerating the broader adoption of digital technology to support organisations who need to be more productive with the same number of colleagues. This step change in performance can only be achieved through the use of technology that delivers automation and innovation, as well as the digital transformation of legacy processes. To support the needs of our clients, we plan to employ more than 75 diverse colleagues by the end of 2023.
Our growth will span our core, proven and trusted capabilities, while building even greater subject matter domain knowledge in the specific fields of Financial Services and the Public Sector, which is only logical, when working across the Channel Islands and further afield.
We also cannot wait to get into our new offices later this year which will enable us to inspire local businesses regarding the art of the possible for digital transformation”.
