Prosperity 24/7 commit to Jersey’s Digital economy

Prosperity HQ at Castle Quay

Prosperity 24/7 are incredibly proud to announce we are making a substantial investment in Jersey, demonstrating our commitment to the Island’s Digital economy as well as the waterfront location of Castle Quay which has lain dormant for many months. We are looking forward to watching the Super League event this weekend and are happy to publicly share the great news that we are planning on transforming the former Tiffin site at Elizabeth Marina into our global headquarters, ahead of planned International growth in 2022 and beyond.

The property will serve multiple purposes for Prosperity who will relocate their head office from buildings in Commercial Street to a purpose-built facility, primarily residing on the proposed first-floor mezzanine of this location, that is designed around the needs of colleagues and clients, first and foremost.

The first floor creates multiple zones for working, whether collaboratively or quietly. We believe it will help to amplify our ethos that if we look after our Clients, Colleagues and Community, we will prosper.

The ground floor is designed to support our aspirations for a modern workplace for the community. We intend to provide a dynamic location for the business community to meet, work, collaborate or, in our purpose-built conferencing area, share insights regarding both modern leadership as well as modern technology.

The ground floor will be managed by a third party with Hospitality experience with Prosperity supporting the operation of the conference area, to ensure that this is efficiently utilised by all local businesses and potentially to support smaller conferences or leadership events to support a dimension of Visit Jersey’s broader portfolio of means to attract visitors to Jersey. The space will be available for use by all dimensions of Industry including the third sector, as well as local residents simply looking for somewhere to grab a coffee or a glass of wine and work remotely with a Marina view.

The proposed ground floor conference space, could be used for higher occupancy events expanding out across the open plan area. This flexibility is key to support events of up to 100 participants where there is presently a significant gap in local provision.

We believe the proximity to the Radisson, the Financial Quarter and the Esplanade, will encourage use by local businesses looking for leadership ‘off site’ events to enable focus in an exceptional location.

Chris Clark, CEO advised, “Having discussed the design with various key stakeholders across the business community, all have indicated their support for this investment which is designed to create a fantastic Headquarters for our local digital business, whilst supporting a thriving and diverse economy in Jersey, by investing in an empty building yet in a key waterside location, that will provide ambient surveillance for Elizabeth Marina and the Castle Quay development. Our colleagues cannot wait for the development to be completed so that we can operate locally, in a World class location”.
