Genuinely a Fab Friday for two Prosperity legends – Promotions for Jake Foster and Paul Marshall

Can you all please join us in celebrating not one but two incredibly important promotions within the team – from January 1st 2015, Jake Foster will become a Director of Prosperity 24.7 and Paul Marshall will be promoted to Head of Business Change.

When sharing this news Chris Clark, CEO advised, “I can elaborate as to why these two outstanding colleagues have been recognised but I am certain that no justification is required, we know that it is well recognised that both extol the virtues of the company perfectly – absolute client focus, dedication and professionalism with a healthy dose of good humour”.

Jake Foster has been with the team since November 2011 and has achieved remarkable results within the Technical Services team where he has held the role of CTO. Most recently this success has culminated in what we can only call a “crazy quarter” with the Technical Solutions team securing seven major infrastructure projects to be delivered in the first half of 2015. These wins equate to fourteen 3PAR SAN implementations across the Channel Islands delivering in excess of 1.8 petabytes of storage enabling incredible growth foundations for many of our high growth, phenomenal clients.

Paul Marshall joined Prosperity 24.7 in September 2013 and has made a significant impact to the Business Change team, not only helping his colleagues with focus and development but he has led, as you would expect, by example, delivering significant change programmes for key Blue Chip clients. This includes running the PMO for what we believe is the largest change initiative presently underway in the Channel Islands – we just wish we could tell you more!

Sufficed to say, these two colleagues have made a significant contribution to the ongoing prosperity of the Organisation therefore it is only right and proper that they should be recognised accordingly.

“Congratulations again, Jake and Paul, you are true assets to our growing company. With incredible people like you in the team helping to shape our future, 2015 looks very exciting indeed” stated Chris Clark.
