Outstanding Organisation of the Year Award

Prosperity 24.7 – the fastest growing Channel Island Consultancy practice has been shortlisted for the Outstanding Organisation of the Year Award at the prestigious National Management & Leadership Awards in association with the Chartered Management Institute.

Prosperity 24.7 is to be recognised next week in national awards made to businesses around Britain that have shown outstanding Management & Leadership.

With a Global reach from its Channel Island’s base, the technology and consulting business is a finalist at the 2013 National Management & Leadership Awards in association with the Chartered Management Institute, having been shortlisted in the highly competitive ‘Outstanding Organisation of the Year Award category’. Previous winners at the NML awards include the National Grid, Visa Europe and insurers, LV=.

The Directors of Prosperity 24.7, Chris Clark, Simon Jackson and Geraldine Evans are attending the gala awards night on Thursday 10th October at the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel in London and are excited at the National exposure this brings to both the Company and Jersey.

Chris Clark, Managing Director commented,

“to be shortlisted for this award is amazing, the team we have at Prosperity 24.7 have continued to show management and professional excellence throughout the tough economic times to help our own customers exceed and prosper. The recognition afforded to us through being shortlisted re-affirms our consistent belief and approach to doing business, first and foremost that we are here to look after, support and nurture our local team and our customer’s businesses equally”.

Chris continues,

“I believe that we are the only Channel Island business to be shortlisted, if we are fortunate enough to win, not only will it be brilliant for Prosperity 24.7, but we will also be shouting from the rooftops about the Channel Islands. Letting everyone in attendance know that we are a ‘Centre of Excellence’ for business and a location that’s very much ‘open for business’”.

Commenting on the awards previously, CMI chief executive, Ruth Spellman, said,

“It is fantastic to see so many examples of management and leadership excellence at a time when UK plc needs it most. To fully recover from the recession and restore confidence in the economy, we need strong leadership to steer us through change. With only one in five UK managers holding a professional qualification, there is still a culture of poor management in Britain, but the winners of these accolades prove that it is possible to excel.”
