We are looking for a recent graduate, or someone with an equivalent Level 6 qualification, who is passionate about solving problems, curious about how businesses work and excited to build their skills in project management and business analysis as part of our Strategy & Change team.
The successful candidate will join Prosperity 24/7 as a Junior Consultant with the aim of becoming a qualified Consultant by the end of the two year programme, who has the versatility to support key clients in a variety of exciting projects.

Our new structured two-year development programme will help you to become a confident, versatile member of our Strategy & Change team. Building your knowledge in Business Analysis and Project Management with clear milestones and performance goals, you will end the programme ready to start your career as a Consultant.
Built in phases to help you achieve certain milestones as you go through the programme, you will receive formal training and development with the opportunity to gain a professional qualification in project management and business analysis and be mentored by your assigned line manager and guided by mentors in specific areas of specialism.
