A technical consultant and managed-service specialist, Tony has over a decade of IT technical experience having gone straight from school to an IT apprenticeship. Since then Tony has spent considerable time honing his skills on storage solutions, communications networks, device connectivity and security solutions to provide unparalleled 1st and 2nd line service experience, and is highly proficient in providing analysis, diagnostics and resolutions.
His years of customer service experience means Tony is very customer-centric and quickly builds a great rapport with clients. This has also provided Tony with excellent opportunities to work with a wide range of products and services- working under pressure to provide speedy resolutions.
Tony is currently supporting multiple SME based clients, from day to day support, to project work as part of a larger team. He is the first point of contact for issues being raised by our SME clients, and working with the Servicedesk platform he manages the users’ tickets, assignments, resolutions and follow ups as well as dealing with the calls themselves.
