Senior GDPR Specialist with a diverse Industry background – Data Management Team

At Prosperity, we help our clients to harness new capabilities and gain insights from their data that were unimaginable a few years ago!
However, with rapid technological change comes unforeseen risks to individual privacy and the security of personal data. Our clients know that they must balance innovation with ethical and compliant data practices, therefore, we are looking for Information Management professionals to join our growing team.
If you have a background in data management, protection, security or records management within the Legal Industry, Financial Services or Public Sector, providing certified advice and guidance to a portfolio of clients, we’d love to speak to you.
We are looking for colleagues who can balance fast paced change with robust data governance whilst supporting various Clients, in diverse sectors, to ensure their compliance with Data Protection legislation. Training will be given to the most driven individuals who will be well rewarded and nurtured, enabling you to be the best you can be.

Senior Project Manager – Strategy & Change
You will be an experienced and professional change agent who is highly proficient in using project management methodologies and tools, as well as being able to communicate effectively and manage project stakeholders. Although not essential, a Prince2 Practitioner qualification or similar would be advantageous, along with any BCS Business Analysis certifications.
You will have a passion for making a difference as a Business Change Consultant, whether it be supporting our Business Solutions or Technical Solutions teams in delivering leading-edge systems or platforms, or working as a dedicated project resource for our clients.
You will have successfully managed projects within the Financial Services or Public Sector, including the negotiation of change requests and effectively dealing with unexpected and/or tricky issues. The final project deliverables or outcome will have been successfully embedded into the organisation and you will have instilled a culture of continuous improvement.
You will deliver Change Management services that help our clients prepare and manage complex Business, Cultural and Organisational change.
Senior Business Analyst – Strategy & Change
You will be an experienced and professional change agent who is highly proficient in using business analysis methodologies and tools, including capturing, analysing and documenting requirements, whilst supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders. Although not essential, along with any BCS Business Analysis certifications, a Prince2 Practitioner qualification or similar would be advantageous.
You will have a passion for making a difference as a Business Change Consultant. You will be adept at asking the right questions to tease out the root cause of any issues. Through the analysis of processes, KPIs, sentiments and goals you will be able to isolate and understand change needs, assess the impact of the changes and identify best-fit solutions.
You will have successfully worked alongside organisations to deliver policy, process and procedure improvements, organisational change or strategic planning and which have often included a systems development or systems implementation component.
You will have successfully delivered some, or all of the following:
- Business process re-engineering
- Root cause analysis
- Strategic analysis
- Requirements gathering
- Gap analysis
- Business planning
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis
You will support the delivery of Change Management services that help our clients prepare and manage complex Business, Cultural and Organisational change.
