Junior Consultant Technical Solutions Team
As a Junior Consultant you will be managing the IT systems, applications and services that are used as vital components of our client’s business’s and will be responsible for resolving any incidents that arise. You will be responsible for assisting the Consultants and Senior Consultants with delivery of project work, Business as Usual support for our clients and developing your own skills across the diverse range of solutions our clients use. You will provide a level of support to our customer base responding to support tickets logged on our helpdesk system.
Essential Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Well organised, with the ability to work proactively as part of a team in a busy environment.
- Capable of following instructions and seeking assistance when needed.
- Willing to learn and undertake additional qualifications.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt as required to the needs of the business.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Suite and other platforms (e.g., Citrix, VMware) would be advantageous.
