We’re looking for an incredible multi tasker to join our HR team. You’ll be the backbone of our organisation, streamlining HR administrative process and contributing to the overall efficiency of our office.

The role requires a versatile, organised and detail orientated administrative professional ready to thrive in a multifaceted, multitasking role. If you excel in handling diverse responsibilities with finesse and enjoy a fast paced environment, then this role may be for you!
About the Role
Supporting our HR team with HR administration such as recruitment, onboarding and looking after our colleagues throughout their Prosperity career.
Be the main point of contact for all Health & Safety requirements for our workplace, to ensure Prosperity remains compliant with regulations and main high levels of awareness for all colleagues.
Supporting with internal communications and wellbeing activities as well as coordinating internal, client events, careers fairs. Can you manage event logistics from the invitation process to catering and branded collateral to make sure we use our Space at its very best?

- Works well in a team and enjoy working with people.
- Attention to Detail. Precise record keeping and a keen eye for detail are important to maintain accurate employee records.
- Ability to work to deadlines and be able to adapt as required to changing business needs.
- Strong organisational skills and a great multitasker.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- A high level of confidentiality.
- Tact and diplomacy, ability to read a situation well and manage expectations of internal clients.
- Nice to have or working towards a HR related qualification such as CIPD.
